Senior Vice President

As Senior Vice President, Fiona brings more than 10 years experience conducting research and providing solid solutions to both for-profit and non-profit organizations with specific expertise in human resources, corporate downsizing, and labor relations. Over the course of her career, Fiona has worked with a variety of companies in a number of industries including the retail, healthcare, education, aerospace, finance, and telecommunications fields.

Born and raised in Britain , Fiona has provided research and consultancy services in the U.K. , Europe , and the U.S. This international experience adds a unique perspective to understanding organizational culture and communications. She is the author of numerous articles which focus on the impact of downsizing and understanding the role of line managers in organizational change.

Fiona received a BS in Business & Finance from Buckingham University , and a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from the University of Bristol in the U.K. She is an Honorary Research Fellow for the University of Wolverhampton in the U.K. and an Adjunct Professor at Arcadia University in Pennsylvania . Fiona is kept busy keeping in touch with friends and family around the world, as far flung as New Zealand , Ghana , and Portugal .
