Matt Fumento
VP Strategy & Development

Matt is responsible for expanding Spring's capabilities through developing new solutions, forming industry groups and expanding Spring's alliance network of service providers. Matt brings 20 years of practitioner and consultant experience in human resources, operations, marketing and strategy for multi-national  companies in roles across North America, in Europe and Asia. Matt has held executive roles with two human resource think tanks and has developed and launched a number of innovative human capital products and services. 

Prior to joining Spring, Matt headed research and program development initiatives at The Institute for Corporate Productivity. Previously he was the COO and GM for international markets for the Human Capital Institute. 

Matt holds a Masters in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelors in Communications from the University of Illinois.
